Me And Life Coaching. Hello again!

I’m so excited to write this post! Here is a picture of me with no filter, no makeup, no hair do, just the real me with a big smile on my face that being a mum is giving me every single day!

Its Monday 11th of December 2023, my daughter is at kindergarten, husband at work and I have a little bit of time to myself, yay!

It might have been more professional to post a better more polished version of myself but I just thought let’s be real, here I am, 41 years young and I must say pretty happy with how I’m ageing. Never had any botox or any beauty injections, just a bit of self care and some good beauty products, and, of course a little inner shine :).

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking as to how to get back to coaching after a long break, a few times postponed writing this as it can be a little scary to start again. You kind of have lost a momentum when things were on the up with clients and getting some exposure. I’ve been contacted by a few magazines and book publishers during my pregnancy to help them out with articles on mental health and other topics I have touched in my articles, however I have had other priorities at the time and couldn’t commit to it.

If you have been following some of my work I have previously specialised and focused on relationships more which is still, of course, a passion of mine and an area I will be working with clients with, I will also be doing more life coaching in general by looking at all areas/aspects of your life. We often think its, for example, a career we need to work on but it ends up being something totally different that needs to be addressed first.

I will link my article at the end of this post I have previously written about what life coaching is and how I see things shifting in life coaching industry.

Keeping it short and sweet I’m wishing everyone a happy Christmas shopping and a very happy festive season this December!
